Who We Are:
M.R. Mechanical Inc was started in 2019 by Chris McCoy (President), Josh Robarge (Vice President), and James McCoy, CPA (CFO). We are a signatory Local 290 company specializing in chillers but highly experienced in all sides of the HVAC industry with a combined experience of over 32 years. Our goal is to bring the highest level of service to all our customers with a focus on servant leadership. All our maintenances and repairs will always be done to OEM standards and industry best practices. We stand out by customizing all contracts to the customer’s needs and being flexible with scheduling around our unpredictable weather to give the best service possible.
Beyond maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment we can pipe fit, perform controls retrofits on HVAC equipment, install equipment, chiller retrofits, equipment refurbishing, and rigging.

We only work with the best materials available and provide a 1 year warranty on all parts. In addition to our parts warranty we take pride in our craftsmanship and offer a 90 day warranty on all labor. Customer service is our focus and if you aren’t completely satisfied with our work we will strive to make things right.
